All-Inclusive Superior Destination Management (DMC) Services

Airport Meet, Greet, Assist & Coordination

Upon arrival, we will meet your group at the airport in the arrivals hall or baggage claim to officially welcome your group, escort them to their awaiting motorcoach, and accompany them on their coach transfer to the hotel.

Transportation Coordination

Whether your group consists of 20 or 1000+ guests, we will arrange coaches, vans and limousines to suit your group’s needs.

Hotel or Hostel Accommodations

We will arrange the accommodation type that best meets your group’s lodging needs. In advance of the group’s check-in, we will be on-site at the hotel to coordinate room lists, room keys, and bell service – allowing your group to by-pass the front desk and go directly to their assigned rooms.

Meals

Whether restaurants, boxed lunches, or vouchers, we will arrange any necessary meals – breakfast (typically at the hotel), lunch, and dinner. We accommodate all dietary restrictions and preferences such as Halal, Kosher, Vegetarian / Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free and more.

Admission & Theater Tickets

We will arrange the purchase of all tickets required for your program. Tickets will be on hand, properly organized and labeled. Upon arrival, tickets are given to the trip leader to distribute to their group as they see fit.

Domestic Group Air

We can provide a competitive group airfare quote in between any two Receptive Tours’ Cities (NYC, DC, Boston, Chicago, Orlando, Los Angeles, San Antonio/Dallas, Honolulu).

Tour Management

Our resident DC Licensed Tour Manager is a Certified International Tour Manager (CITM) who has extensive frontline guest and logistics experience. He oversees our DC operations helping to ensure that your group receives a superior level of on-the-ground-service.

Locally Licensed Multilingual Tour Guides

We utilize the services of city specific licensed tour guides. Our tour guides are enthusiastic local experts and storytellers with dynamic personalities that make each guest feel at home in their city. Our team of multilingual tour guides speak multiple languages such as English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, and more.

Special Events Coordination

Whether an incentive reward trip or a gathering of friends and family, our team will work with you to custom create a program that is well suited to your specific group. We welcome any special requests.

Pre / Post Cruise Shore Excursions

We produce city break and shore excursions that add value to the overall experience of your cruise group. We are with your group from the pier to airport, and/or from the airport to pier and all points in between.
